Job Description:
My client is seeking an HR advisor looking to work within an experienced HR department whom encourage a supportive work culture.

As an HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in managing various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and compliance. You will provide expert advice and support to BP, managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Your responsibilities will also involve assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be well-versed in employment law and have experience handling complex HR issues with tact and discretion. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment are essential.You would need to have CIPD level 3.
