Job Description:
Electrical Maintenance Manager
Venn Group are working with large public sector organisation to secure the services of an Electrical Maintenance Manager
Salary: £30,000-£45,000
Duration: Permanent
Location: Kent
The successful candidate will:
* Provide electrical delivery for all planned and reactive maintenance
* Regulate the site’s compliance of the estates and engineering assets
* Guide and manage the electricians and maintenance team
* Interact with both internal and external stakeholders
The successful candidate will have:
* Qualifications with 17th and above editions of City & Guilds, or NVQ
* HNC/HND or ONC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
* Experience working in large estates and using CAFM systems
Role Benefits:
* Aditional £2,000 a year for occasional on call
* Generous pension contribution
* Up to 6 weeks on annual leave per year
