Job Description:

Description
* Full responsibility of compliance and safeguarding
* First point of contact for recruitment and selection process
* Handling employee relations matters
* Supporting in performance management procedures
* Liaise with the school’s legal advisors
* Coordinating training and development initiatives
* Managing HR records and reporting
* Contributing to the overall HR team objectives
Profile
A successful HR Officer should have:
* HR experience in education
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field (CIPD level 3 minimum)
* Experience of Ofsted and/ or ISI inspections
* Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the education sector
* Experience with full employee lifecycle
* Excellent understanding of HR best practices and compliance
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to handle confidential information
* Proficiency in HR systems and databases
* Knowledge of employment legislation
* A proactive attitude and likes to stay busy
* Must have full driving license and car
