Job Description:
Role Overview
Working with the Office Administration Team to provide a first class service to all staff and visitors (internal and external) to ensure the office runs smoothly. This role will also require a high level of organisational ability to arrange events both internally and externally. This role is part-time (22.5 hours a week).
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for the day to day management of the office
• Working with the Office Co-Ordinator to ensure all Health and Safety tasks/responsibilities are completed as required for ISO purposes
• Assisting with arranging client and office social events
• Working with the PA to Head of Office ensuring company initiatives are promoted within the office

The Office Administration team is small and consists of 3 members (including this role).
