Qualifications
*Proven experience in professional indemnity insurance or a related field.
*Strong understanding of operations, HR, and talent management principles.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
*Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
*Relevant professional certifications and licenses are a plus.
Day-to-Day
*Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide expert guidance.
*Collaborate with colleagues to address client requests and ensure a seamless experience.
*Manage HR and talent-related tasks to support the team and foster a positive work environment.
*Stay up to date with industry developments and leverage insights to enhance client service.
