Brand Manager, Cannock
Our client is a global business in the manufacturing sector and they now have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager to join their friendly team in Cannock.
This is a highly collaborative position, you would be working closely with the product and technical teams to executive your brand strategy in line with CCPI compliance.
Brand Manager
Reporting into the Head of Marketing and a joining a team of 4, you will be the brand champion and positively grow the market share and brand health in line with the companies strategic ambitions and plans.
Responsibilities will include:
-Implementing brand health research and annual surveys - utilise the results to define and propose strategies for your brands
-Bring customer personas to life, develop these personas to segment, target and help define marketing communication plans
-Define and own the user journeys for the brands, ensuring content and collateral is relevant and up to date.
-Outline and implement social media strategy, driving engagement for the brands.
-Set goals, KPI’s and demonstrate ROI for your area.
About You:
-CIM Level 4 or Marketing Degree
-Minimum 5 years experience in Brand Management role or equivalent
-Industry experience (manufacturing selling into builders/electricians) desirable
-Proactive and confident
-Experience with market research, data collection, brand building, customer persona’s and reporting
-Familiarity with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms
-Understanding of CCPI compliance!
