£25,000-32,000 based on experience
Bell Cornwall Recruitment’s client is a leading chambers based in Birmingham City Centre. They are looking to take on a new Barrister’s Clerk in their Employment, Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team. They are open to considering a more junior option, but their preference would be someone who has significant Clerking experience.

The Role:
* Management of practitioner’s diaries, and scheduling of meetings
* Assisting with note taking in meetings
* Accurate record keeping of cases, and Counsellors time spent for billing
* Assist the promotion of the chambers at events
* Negotiating fees, and obtaining details for cases
The Ideal Barrister’s Clerk will have:
* A number of years barristers clerking experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Understanding of a barristers chambers and the legal industry
* Great time management, objective setting and organisational skills
* Appropriate personal presentation for a corporate legal environment
