Our client would be thrilled to welcome you to their charitable organisation dedicated to promoting mental health and well-being within the Black community. In the last year they have provided 1000’s of sessions of therapy for individuals in the Black community and they have ambitious growth plans.
Therapy Services Manager
Reporting to: Head of Clinical Services
Location: London, Hybrid Remote - attendance at meetings expected
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Contract: (Maternity Cover- 7 months) - 1st October 2024 - 1st May 2025
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
Summary:
You will be joining the organisation at a pivotal time as they ambitiously seek to grow their reach and income over the next five years. This organisation has built a strong foundation in their Therapy department, and they are now seeking a driven, focused, and highly proficient Interim Therapy Service Manager to cover maternity leave in their Therapy Department.
About the role
This charity is recruiting a Therapy Manager to coordinate, lead, develop, and expand their Therapeutic service with the support of their Head of Clinical governance. This is a Cover role for an experienced practitioner. It is essential to have experience in talking therapy services, management, and working in an organisational setting.
This role is predominantly remote-based, but attendance at scheduled in-person team meetings and meetings with external stakeholders is expected.
