Job Description:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a small and friendly team and become a trusted business partner to leaders to help get the most out of their teams. The organisation put people are at the heart of their business and are therefore looking for a candidate who is as passionate about that as they are.

Description
* Act as a strategic partner to the business, particularly with departmental leaders
* Provide guidance on HR matters such as employment legislation, disciplinary procedures, and performance management
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisation’s overall goals
* Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
* Drive employee engagement initiatives
* Conduct training and development programs
* Ensure compliance with legal requirements
* Manage HR projects as required
Profile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
· You are an excellent communicator with strong influencing and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and are comfortable operating in both a coaching and mentoring role.
· You will put people at the heart of everything that you do, and your customer service ethos will guide you.
· You are a people-person and problem solver at heart - you are able to take your passion for helping others and identifying problems to create solutions and drive impact all via a high say/do ratio
· You can provide constructive challenge and able to deal straightforwardly and honestly with challenging situations.
· You’re great at working on multiple projects, while instilling huge confidence in those you work with by managing these effectively.
· You are process oriented and enjoy creating structure where there may be ambiguity
· You will have the expertise to support the creation and delivery of training to colleagues
