Job Description:
Axon Moore are exclusively partnering with a successful manufacturing business in Blackburn who are looking to recruit a newly qualified Senior Management Accountant. This will be a highly visible role at the forefront of the business, working with senior leadership members including finance, supply chain and operations.

This is an excellent high autonomy and varied opportunity to step into an established business, with the opportunity to drive change and make the role their own. You will be responsible for two new acquisitions; implementing new processes, reporting and efficiencies. 

Responsibilities include:
* Main point of contact within finance for the two new acquisitions
* Management of month end process, including lead on management of the balance sheet reconciliations
* Production of monthly management reporting
* Assist with the creation and implementation of the Group’s reporting requirements
* Proactively input into the management of the financial control environment and processes
* Support cash flow planning and reporting, and implement forecasts
* Stock and margin analysis
* Cost accounting
* Understanding the costs of materials, production, supply ect
* Ad hoc project work

The role will suit an individual with a positive, innovative and can-do attitude, who has prior manufacturing experience. Monthly travel will be required across the two sites.
