Description
* Reporting into the HR Director however you will have responsibility for the Halifax site working with the SLT
* Site based and first point of contact for all HR matters including
* Employee Relations, day to day operational HR queries, L&D, recruitment, payroll administration, stakeholder management.
Profile
A successful HR Manager should have:
* previously operated in a Senior HR Advisor, HR Manager capacity with the ability to work in a standalone role
* A proven track record in a similar role within the industrial / manufacturing industry.
* Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
* Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* In-depth understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
* Site based 5 days per week
Job Offer
* A competitive salary in the range of £40-50k
* 5 days per week site based
* 37.5 hours per week
* 22 days + BH rising to 25 days
* Pension Scheme
