Job Description:
The role of the HRBP is to work in partnership with business leaders to ensure operational goals are achieved through effective people management and to maximise workforce performance through proactive support and advice to line managers. This is a great opportunity for a HR Advisor looking to step up or an experienced HRBP.

With a staff count of over a thousand, they are dedicated to maintaining a positive societal impact through their extensive projects and initiatives. They are headquartered in Leeds and have a strong presence across the UK.
Description
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
* Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
* Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation.
* Nurture a positive working environment.
* Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
* Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
* Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Profile
A successful HRBP should have:
* Previous HR Advisor/HRBP experience, ideally within both public and private sector.
* Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* MCIPD or equivalent experience
* Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
* Competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Job Offer
* £39,000 - £42,000pa depending on experience.
* Generous holiday allowance of 26 days per year, plus additional days.
