Venn Group have partnered with an NHS Trust who are currently preparing to go-live with a new EPR. Therefore we are currently looking for Floorwalkers that can provide support to staff during the go-live. Floorwalkers will be required to spend time on wards at the hospital and assist staff with any questions or issues relating to the changes introduced under the project.
We are looking for motivated individuals with the following skills and experience:
* Customer service experience
* Good interpersonal skills
* Problem solving skills
* Patient & understanding when providing support
* An interest in software and / or gaining experience in a healthcare setting
Main duties of the job
* Attend designated wards during go-live as per the established floorwalker shift pattern
* Conduct regular walkarounds on relevant ward to actively seek out potential issues and support opportunities
* Respond to queries from staff appropriately and in a timely manner
* Keep record of issues arising that are not already accounted for in troubleshooting guides
* Regular reporting with Project Team members during handover periods, covering unresolved issues that need to be picked up in subsequent shifts
