Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the HR Data Analytics team
* Implement HR data reporting initiatives
* Develop and execute data strategies to improve HR data initiatives
Requirements:
* Proven experience leading an HR Data Analytics team
* Demonstrated success in improving data initiatives and creating data strategies
* Strong experience with large companies and data challenges
* Exceptional Excel skills
* Ability to influence and drive change
* Experience with system implementation is a plus, but not essential
