Private Client Solicitor (NQ-8 years PQE)
Location: Oxford
Salary: Up to £65,000 dependent on experience
Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor with a passion for providing exceptional legal services? Our client, a highly reputable Legal 500 Law Firm with a well-established presence, is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join their dynamic team at their Banbury or Summertown office. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £65,000 and excellent opportunities for career progression.
About the Role:
As a Private Client Solicitor with at least 1 years PQE, you will handle a diverse range of private client matters, working within a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and tax planning.
* Providing clear, practical, and high-quality legal advice to clients.
* Developing and maintaining positive and productive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to private client work.
* Keeping up-to-date with changes in private client law and ensuring compliance with legal standards and practices.
* Working closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal solutions and support.
Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 1 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in private client law.
* A strong track record of managing a diverse range of private client cases.
* The ability and willingness to work in the Oxford office.
* Excellent drafting and communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* A high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently.
* The ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
* A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
