Job Title: Estimator / Senior Estimator
Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: £20,000 - £30,000 / £40,000 - £60,000
Job Type: Permanent
The Role
* Preparing competitive tenders and estimates for large and complex building projects.
* Working closely with other departments including design, construction, sales, and contracts to provide the client with the most cost-effective tender information.
* Pricing all activities, tender adjudication, document submission and meeting with clients

The Candidate
* Experience in estimating/quantity surveying.
* GCSE’s in English, Maths and Science and a HNC in construction or a commercial qualification.
* structural steel experience (preferred).
