Role: Commercial Property Director
Salary: Up to £90,000 dependent on experience
Location: Banbury

I am  delighted to present an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Director to join a top-tier law firm at their Oxford Banbury office. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property law.

Key Responsibilities:

* Leading and managing the commercial property department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services.
* Advising clients on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing strategic advice, and identifying new business opportunities.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal standards and regulations.
* Mentoring and supporting junior staff and contributing to the firm’s business development initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
* A qualified solicitor with at least 10 years’ PQE in commercial property law.
* Demonstrated leadership and management experience in a legal setting.
* Strong networking skills.
* In-depth knowledge of commercial property transactions and a proven track record of managing complex cases.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
