Immigration Solicitor Opportunity - Leading Law Firm, Bedford
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Immigration Solicitor for a prestigious law firm based in Bedford. This opportunity is perfect for a qualified professional with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in handling a wide range of immigration matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising and assisting clients on all aspects of immigration law, including visas, work permits, asylum, and citizenship applications.
* Representing clients in tribunals and appeals.
* Providing strategic legal guidance to both corporate and individual clients.
* Keeping abreast of the latest changes in immigration law and policy.
Ideal Candidate:
* A qualified solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in immigration law.
* Strong analytical and research skills.
* Excellent client management abilities.
* Capable of handling a diverse caseload with confidence and professionalism.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
