Our client is a National Law Firm with 5 offices across the Midlands. They are hiring with the aim of growing the firm and expanding their client base. The Residential Conveyancing Department in the Birmingham office is a currently a team of 5 with a further 20 fee earners based in the other offices across the country. This client adopts a one-team ethos throughout the group, so advice is shared by recognised experts on a national spread.. . This is a hybrid role, with up to 2 days a week remote, for a Residential Conveyancer in Birmingham who will come in with a highly competitive salary and bonus scheme. The ideal candidate will be expected to be able to run their own caseload end to end as well as their managing their billings whilst working towards a team target. The caseload will average 20 files a month and the candidate will be expected to be pushing that level. This client is looking for someone to help them grow the business, so the ability to bring on clients and expand into the market is also desired.. Suitable candidates are likely to have a minimum of 2PQE as a solicitor or licensed conveyancer. They must have experience working on Leasehold and Freehold, Business Development, and exposure to The Building Safety Act..
