A leading quantity surveying consultancy with a family-feel team in Winchester, are seeking a professional Senior Quantity Surveyor.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s role
The Directors are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who can manage a couple of quantity surveyors, whilst also running projects from a quantity surveying and employers agent perspective.
Project wise, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a choice of work to get involved in, including a mixture of residential (student accommodation, build to rent, and mixed use), private education, health, fit out, and marine.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
* Ideally MRICS
* UK Cost Management / PQS consultancy experience
* Strong pre and post cost management experience
* Enjoy mentoring younger quantity surveyors
* Able to support with the APC training
* A successful track record of delivering projects
