An established Quantity Surveying consultancy in Surrey is seeking an ambitious, career focused Senior Quantity Surveyor, or junior Associate, as they look to plan for the future of the business.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor plays a crucial role as a mentor and support system for less experienced Quantity Surveyors, bridging the gap between Partners and junior team members.
Additionally, the Senior Quantity Surveyor shall run projects within the top-end residential, education, and conservation sectors, valuing up to £15m/£20m.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
* Ideally MRICS
* Previous experience as a Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor
* Experience within a UK Cost Consultancy / Cost Management practice
* A successful track record of delivering projects from inception to completion
* Car and driving licence
* Professional, well spoken, able to commute to the Surrey office
* Good management and people skills
