Locum Neuro Occupational Therapist
Location: Southwest London
Position: Neuro Occupational Therapist
Band: 6
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 4:00 PM), excluding bank holidays

Essential Requirements:
* Extensive experience working with patients with neurological conditions such as stroke, head injury, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and progressive conditions.
* Proven experience in rehabilitation and managing long-term conditions.
* Experience in community-based settings.
* Proficiency in working with adults and older adults.
* Experience working within a multidisciplinary team (MDT).
* Ability to complete community visits across the borough of Sutton, Southwest London.
* Car driver with a reliable vehicle (essential for patient visits).
Desirable Requirements:
* EMIS training and possession of an NHS SMART card.
* Experience working with patients registered with Sutton GP services.
* Flexibility to see patients in their homes, care homes, and other community settings as required.
Role Responsibilities:
* Assessing and treating patients with neurological conditions in a community setting.
* Managing a caseload and providing interventions tailored to individual needs.
* Completing required community visits and maintaining accurate records.
Additional Information:
* Mileage expenses can be claimed.
* No parking permits are available for bank or agency staff.
