The Owner of a successful start-up, Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking an articulate, and personable Quantity Surveyor with London, PQS / Consultancy experience.
The Quantity Surveyor’s Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will have the unique opportunity to become the Owner’s "second in command" which involve delivering an impressive array of projects as well as undertaking a client facing role.
Some projects that the successful Quantity Surveyor will be involved on shall include:
* 200,000 sq ft office
* 500 apartments
* 31 residential scheme in Ealing
* Gaelic sports club
* Cut & carve £40M
The Quantity Surveyor will take great pride in their work and look after clients that offer a lot of repeat work. Any Employers Agent or Project Management experience would be a bonus.
The Quantity Surveyor
* London / Southeast experience within a Consultancy/PQS practice
* Completed a RICS accredited degree
* Good pre and post contract knowledge
* Comfortable working in a small team
* Client facing
* 3+ years quantity surveying experience
