Your Role as a CDM Consultant
As a Principal Designer / CDM Consultant, you’ll be a vital part of our proactive team, dedicated to delivering excellence. You will lead the charge in ensuring design compliance and adhering to construction design management regulations. Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive site inspections across varied project portfolios.
* Lead design meetings with clients, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations.
* Collaborate with a supportive team on high-profile contracts within core construction sectors.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum of 1-year CDM experience.
* NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
* At least Technical IOSH membership (TechIOSH).
* APS membership is highly desirable.
* A degree in Architecture or Engineering is advantageous.
