Property Litigation Solicitor

Job Description:
My client is a top London-based law firm that covers a a wide array of clients across industry sectors both domestically and internationally. As such, the firm are in growth mode, and are seeking a Solicitor for their Property Litigation team, who will be able to provide a first-class service to their clients on a range of matters.

The Role: 

In this role, you will handle a variety of commercial and residential litigation matters, including:
* Managing your own caseload under supervision.
* Assisting in considering client instructions and liaising with clients and experts to gather necessary information.
* Obtaining and analysing title information from the Land Registry to advise clients effectively.
* Drafting and serving contractual and statutory notices.
* Assisting in drafting pleadings and supporting witness statements for applications.
* Handling disputes concerning property contracts, property insolvency, residential landlord and tenant issues, rights of way, adverse possession, and restrictive covenants.
The Candidate: 
* Be a proactive, self-motivated and reliable individual;
* Strong academic background (a 2:1 degree or equivalent from a reputable university);
* First rate drafting skills;
* Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing;
* Strong organisation and administration skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively;
* A friendly and personable approach with colleagues and clients.
