Estates Supervisor required for an immediate start
Location:        Oxfordshire
Length:           temporary - ongoing
Hours:             37.5 hours a week, Mon – Fri


Main responsibilities of the role:
* Support the Head of Estates to ensure the building/electrical/mechanical equipment is maintained to statutory and mandatory standards
* Ensure the delivery of planned, reactive, emergency maintenance and minor works in agreed timescales providing a safe and secure environment for all staff and service users
* Responsible for maintaining and refining the planned preventative maintenance, repair and replacement programmes, minor projects work, and ensuring that current legislation, regulations and safe systems of work are adhered to
* Undertake PPM planning and contracts and service delivery management
* Ensure statutory compliance to relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice is maintained
* Provide specialist advice to the Senior Engineer and Estates Services Manager
Essential requirements:
* Your experience managing teams and overseeing maintenance tasks carried out by Electricians, Plumbers and Carpenters
* Technical maintenance knowledge
* Access to a vehicle and full, UK driving licence
