**Key Responsibilities:**

- Handle incoming telephone calls and direct them appropriately.

- Communicate with clients and third parties involved in conveyancing transactions.
- Order necessary searches and documents, including those from HMLR.
- Respond promptly to update requests from clients, estate agents, brokers, and introducers.
- Prepare contract packs for sale transactions and ensure case management systems are up to date.
- Assist with Help to Buy matters and prepare files for completion, including Certificates of Title.

**Skills and Experience Required:**

- Comprehensive understanding of the Solicitors Accounts Rules.
- Solid knowledge of general conveyancing and related topics.
- Familiarity with land registry practices.
- Experience with new build and Help to Buy matters is advantageous but not essential.
