Job Description:
Are you a recent graduate or an aspiring professional with a passion for accounting and finance? My client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Accounts Manager to join their dynamic finance team. Key Responsibilities:
* Perform regular reconciliation of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records promptly
* Generate and send accurate invoices to clients and customers in a timely manner
* Follow up on outstanding invoices, maintaining clear records of communications and payment statuses
* Assist in preparing management accounts by compiling financial data and preparing insightful reports
* Support financial performance analysis, providing valuable insights for decision-making
Requirements:
* A relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred, but a strong interest in pursuing a career in accounting will also be considered
* Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is advantageous but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
