The role can be based out of either the firm’s Cheltenham or Birmingham office. 

The team is deeply immersed in the education sector, supporting over 400 educational institutions and advising key organisations on critical issues affecting schools and colleges.

The Role: 
* Provide expert legal advice on a range of employment law issues within the education sector.
* Collaborate with colleagues and educational institutions to deliver pragmatic and effective legal solutions.
* Maintain and expand your knowledge of employment law issues, with a specific focus on the education sector.
* Share insights and expertise with team members to foster a collaborative working environment.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities, participating actively in business development initiatives.
