Supporter Engagement Officer
Gloucestershire area (Bristol office base: BS3 2JH, Hybrid if Gloucestershire Based)
Full-time (35hrs per week but part-time working considered)
£24,000 - £26,000 FTE
They’re looking for a new Supporter Engagement Officer to serve the Gloucestershire area. This job primarily involves providing excellent stewardship for supporters and stakeholders. But it also requires a lot of passion - for their cause, for the people they help and most importantly for the people who help them save lives.
They’re looking for someone who is compassionate for their supporters and everyone involved in the charity; a person who is dedicated to doing their best; a person who can work independently but can collaborate within and beyond their team; and someone who is curious about exploring new approaches and keen to learn and develop. The successful candidate will have fundraising and supporter engagement experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to support projects.
This is a great cause to fundraise for, and they have amazing stories to tell and experiences to offer. Their work is very rewarding for their team too - they know that they are contributing to saving local lives every week. They’re looking for someone who shares their passion for that.
You would be joining them at an exciting time, as the charity continues to grow and innovate in the field of pre-hospital care. You will be supported in developing your skills and be part of a dedicated team committed to saving local lives.
