Main Responsibilities:• Working closely with the Production Manager + Production / Collection Coordinator to assist on the day to day management of the production cycle.• Assisting with tracking and organization of production samples once they arrive at the studio. •Booking shipments to and from suppliers.• Management of packing lists for bulk / sampling deliveries from the studio. •Occasional market research. • Sourcing of production trims.• Stock Inventory and assisting with seasonal branding order / allocation. • Assisting with the packing and organization of press requests.• Tracking and updating material files for CMt materials to manufacturers.• In addition to the duties mentioned above, there would also be occasional opportunity to work with our Collections Coordinator assisting on external photoshoots and in organization of the current season / archive collections.• Off site errands in London.
