* Proven experience in an in house recruitment role
* Previous experience of volume recruitment
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong decision-making skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
