R13 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join abrilliant organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a number of client accounts, providing exceptional client services and retaining and growing accounts.
This is a full time, permanent role working on a flexible hybrid basis (this can be flexible on location), and is offering a competitive salary based on experience.
The day to day
* Overseeing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction to encourage client retention.
* Analysing client accounts and actively seeking opportunities for client growth.
* Researching and developing business proposals to deliver to new and existing clients.
* Liaising with departments to ensure a comprehensive and compliant service delivery.
You will have/be
* At least 5 years experience in an account management role, ideally holding a Dip CII or ACII Qualification.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and ability to build strong working relationships with both clients and internal teams.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy and diverse workload.
