Job Description:
About:
Our client is a leading supplier and manufacturer in the beverage industry, known for their innovation, quality, and commitment to excellence. They are dedicated to creating a inclusive workplace where our team members can grow and thrive.

Shift: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM (12-hour shifts, rotating schedule)

Role Overview:
As a Multi-Skilled Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of various machinery and equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of product quality and safety while meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimise downtime.
Ensure machinery is set up correctly and operating efficiently.
Quality Control:

Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Record and report any discrepancies or defects.

Health and Safety:

Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Identify and report potential safety hazards.
Participate in safety training sessions and drills.
Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate production records and logs.
Complete shift reports detailing production output and any issues encountered.
Continuous Improvement:

Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining various types of production machinery.
PLC Knowledge (Preferably)
Level 3 either Mechanical or Electrical
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
Familiarity with computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS).
