Job Description:
Premises Assistant/ Caretaker
Venn Group are working with a school based in London to recruit a Premises Assistant
Duration: 1-3 months
Location: London
The successful candidate will:
* Provide general caretaking services
* Ensure the safety, tidiness and security of the school facilities by carrying out routine compliance checks
* Manage general maintenance and identify tasks to be carried out by contractors
* Arrange, liaise and supervise contractors on site
The successful candidate will have:
* Enhanced DBS
* Previous caretaking experience of sites
