Are you a meticulous and driven individual with a passion for the legal field? A prestigious law firm is seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to join their Residential Property team. This role offers the flexibility of part-time hours, with the possibility of full-time consideration, and can be performed from various locations.

As a Legal Assistant in the Residential Property team, your key tasks will include:
- Liaising via telephone with clients, solicitors, and other third parties.
- Ensuring all correspondence, calls, faxes, and emails are handled promptly and professionally.
- Submitting contracts to prospective purchasers.
- Chasing and exchanging contracts as required.
- Managing completions, including client and agent liaison.
- Preparing LLT submissions and applications to HM Land Registry.
- Meeting targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Keeping all Case Management data up to date until the matter is completed.

While previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal is advantageous, candidates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided. The ideal candidate will possess:
