In this role, you will:
* Implement category strategies, ensuring prioritisation of focus areas.
* Oversee all marketing activities for the division, including campaigns, promotions, and sales tools.
* Ensure effective communication of messaging to attract and retain customers.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and customer support.
* Provide regular updates to senior leadership on marketing progress and project results.
* Lead market research efforts to evaluate current and potential marketing activities.
* Coordinate with internal Marcoms team and external agencies as needed to deliver marketing activities.
* Manage photography/video shoots, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
* Collaborate with local marketing teams across Europe to execute effective strategies.
* Monitor and analyse campaign data to evaluate marketing success.
* Work with Category Product Manager to identify new product ideas.
* Prepare key presentations and launch documents in collaboration with the product team.
* Manage marketing budgets efficiently.
* Develop category expertise and stay informed about industry trends.
