Are you a CNC Setter with Operating experience, looking to join a bespoke subcontracting machine shop, where you’ll be rewarded with pay and role progression, with constant training to enhance your skillset?
On offer is the opportunity to join this expanding company, that are constantly sourcing state of the art machinery to improve quality and fulfil an ever expanding client list.
This company is a bespoke precision engineering subcontracting machine shop that have been established for over a decade, they specialise in high quality turning and 5 axis CNC machining in the aerospace, motorsport, defence and commercial customer bases
This role would suit a CNC Miller with a background in the manufacturing of specialised parts, ensuring planned times for setting and manufacturing are met or improved, and high quality parts are produced to internal company standards and regulatory requirements.
The Role:
* Control the production of programs and conforming parts on the machines
* Ensure that the organisation is meeting its customers’ expectations of quality and delivery within their team
* Work with the Production Manager, Setter / Operators, and others in the department.
* Adhere to the techniques used within the business, comply with the practices used and promote a continuous improvement ethos within the business
* Work within an AS9100 quality environment
The Person:
* Setting and operating CNC Mills. This is a role that needs skilled setters/operators
* Previous experience in a similar role
