What will you be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?. * Taking inbound calls from customers and providing excellent service. * Managing customer complaints quickly and efficiently. * Having strong knowledge of all products and services available. * Liaising with other departments to ensure SLA’s are met. * Updating the system accurately at all times. * Processing orders on behalf of customers. * Scheduling engineers and service visits with customers. .
