Job Description:
Bilingual Customer Service Advisor. Dunfermline. Full Time (Initially 6 month Fixed Term Contract). Up to £25,000. . Are you passionate about providing a first class service? I am currently recruiting on behalf of a unique technology company who due to growth, are looking to expand their customer service team. This is an extremely diverse role and requires someone who is confident at managing multiple tasks at once.. . What will you be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?. * Taking inbound calls from customers and providing excellent service. * Managing customer complaints quickly and efficiently. * Having strong knowledge of all products and services available. * Liaising with other departments to ensure SLA’s are met. * Updating the system accurately at all times. * Processing orders on behalf of customers. * Scheduling engineers and service visits with customers. . What do you need to apply?. * Excellent problem solving skills. * Outstanding communication both verbal and written. * High attention to detail. * Ability to work in a fast paced environment. * World class customer service.
