Job Description:
Credit Controller
Up to £30,000
Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Elevation Recruitment Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be working with an exciting organisation in the Sheffield area as they look to recruit a Credit Controller into their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pursuing outstanding payments via phone and email
* Managing credit limits
* Issuing dunning letters
* Conducting debt review meetings with managers and depots
* Establishing and maintaining strong internal and external relationships
* Monitoring accounts on hold
* Escalating unresolved queries to the relevant depots
* Participating in team projects
Required Experience and Qualifications:
* Strong prioritization and time management skills
* Self-motivated and confident in handling challenges
* Proficient in IT
* Accurate data entry skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
