Job Description:
Facilities Support Manager
A highly regarded organisation in Oxfordshire are actively recruiting for a Facilities Support Manager on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent.
Your duties will include:
* Carrying out standard of cleanliness, food hygiene and waste management audits in line with current standards and legislation
* Creating and maintaining the soft FM asset register, developing an awareness of the likely timetable and costings of life cycle replacement
* Attending allocated sites when soft FM issues arise providing solutions and communicating to appropriate persons in a timely manner
* Providing specialised training, advice, and support on all aspects of Facilities management
* Ensuring that there are adequate staffing levels to maintain the services
* Contributing to writing, developing, and implementing polices using expert knowledge in Soft FM
The successful candidate should have:
* Previous experience managing Soft FM teams
* Previous experience carrying out audits and inspections
* A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
