Job Description:
We are proud to be recruiting a HR Business Partner for Mr Fothergills, a successful branded seed company who offer horticulture products from seeds to garden tools.
This role will is paying up to £50,000 per annum and will be based on-site in Kentford, near Newmarket, 5 days a week, reporting to the Head of HR. The client is open to applications from people looking for between 3-5 days a week.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who has a HRBP attitude combined with a pragmatic approach to delivering a pro-active HR service to the business.
You will be a seasoned HR generalist who can support the Head of HR on delivering the HR strategy operationally, this will include –
* Delivering operational HR advice and guidance
* Managing employee relations cases
* Leading on tupe transfers
* Managing HR administration including preparing offers of employments
* HRIS reporting and helping managers use the system
* Designing Manage toolkits to build manager capability
* Oversee the payroll preparation for the payroll bureau
* Support on developing ca performance driven culture to grow key capabilities throughout the business
You will be –
* An experienced HR Manager or HRBP
* Excellent influencing skills and solutions focused
* Experienced in using HR Information Systems
* Payroll and reward management experience would be an advantage
* Able to work on site with your employees
* Have a good sense of humour and be resilient
