Are you a Production Manager with experience in manufacturing, looking for an exciting new opportunity where you will play an essential part of the team whilst being rewarded with a fantastic renumeration package?
On offer is an exciting role where you will have complete autonomy by overseeing machining projects whilst collaborating with the wider production team to optimize production and efficiency from the team on all ranges of equipment from CNC to gear cutting machinery.
This company have been established for over 50 years and are a national leading supplier of a variety of equipment and services to a range of highly reputable clients within a number of industries such as automation, defence, energy, industrial and supermarkets.
This role would suit a Production Manager who has experience with a background in manufacturing, working with CNC machinery and overseeing projects looking for a fantastic new opportunity to progress their career.
The Role:
* Lead, motivate and mentor a skilled team
* Work closely and collaborate with members of the production team
* Develop and implement production schedules for CNC and manual machining
* Continuously evaluate and improve production processes
* Oversee the maintenance of machinery such as CNC machines, gear cutting tools and finishing tools
* Oversee the operation of XYZ machines, ensuring precision and efficiency
The Person:
* Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering
* Production Management experience
* Proven experience with CNC and manual milling machinery
