One of Scotland’s leading Dispute Resolution teams is seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Associate (6+ Years’ PQE) to join its team in Aberdeen.
With a particular focus on the Energy sector, you will provide advice and representation to corporates in contract disputes, international arbitration and commercial mediation.
Due to the size of the team, the opportunity to develop specialisms within commercial dispute resolution, arbitration, litigation and alternative dispute resolution is there for any driven member of the team.
Although this role is for a Scots qualified solicitor, the opportunity to be involved in English law-governed disputes and gain dual qualification is also available within this position.
As the successful candidate, your workload will consist of cases in the Supreme Court, Court of Session (in particular the Commercial Court) and the Sheriff Court.
