Responsibilities of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant:
* Collaborate with classroom teachers to plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, catering to individual learning needs.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
* Assist in the development and implementation of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP)
* Support classroom management and behaviour strategies.
* Contribute to the overall well-being and pastoral care of students.
Requirements of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
* Experience working in a secondary school settings.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Enthusiastic about supporting the educational and emotional development of children.
* Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
