What will you do? 
* Handle a full & broad commercial property caseload
* Advise a broad client base, to include local authorities, investors & (smaller scale) local developers
* Sector focus will include leisure, retail and development
What will you need? 
* To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
* To have at least 3 or 4 years PQE+
* Commercial property experience 
* Ideally you should already be operating at associate level within another reputed firm
