SHEQ Manager
£60,000 to £75,000

Newman Stewart is currently partnering a well-respected Chemical Manufacturer looking to appoint a high performing Health, Safety Environmental and Quality Manager. Our client has a deep history of success and is now looking to strengthen their Senior safety team as they accelerate their growth plans.
The role is all encompassing and will require an enthusiasm for cross functional collaboration. Experience of leading COMAH regulated site and managing safety process to the highest standard.
As SHEQ you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Safety, Quality and Environmental systems and processes. Experience across either ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHAS 18001, or ISO 45001 would also be an advantage.
A team player, you work for the success of the team. Equally important is your desire to be hands on in the business, day to day. NEBOSH and IOSH certification as well as COSHH an advantage.
Well versed in leading all aspects of legislative changes, and identification of training of training. A key part of the leadership team you will engage with internal and external stakeholders to support the achievement of internal surveys and audits and any investigations or site surveys.
