A leading national firm is seeking a Corporate Finance Solicitor (2-6 Years’ PQE) to join its Aberdeen office, due to organic growth within the wider department.
As one of the highest profile teams in Scotland, they are renowned for their large and complex transactions throughout sectors such as Technology, Energy, Life Sciences and Real Estate, with both UK and international clients.
In this role, you will be advising these clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including public and private company M&A and equity financings, IPOs and joint ventures, while also working closely with other departments of the firm such as Regulatory, Share Incentives, Media & Technology and Real Estate.
As the successful candidate, you will ideally have between 2 and 6 Years’ PQE in Corporate Finance law – however, consideration will also be given to applicants with experience in similar areas such as Banking & Finance or Corporate M&A who show a clear aptitude and appetite for pursuing this complex but rewarding area of law.
