Job Description:
We’re searching for a diligent Claims Project Member to join our customer service team. The successful candidate will work efficiently in processing insurance claims and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Description
* Processing and settling insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner
* Providing excellent customer service to clients
* Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and legal regulations pertaining to debt collection.
* Monitor and analyse customer accounts to identify outstanding debts.
* Develop and implement effective recovery strategies.
* Provide guidance and support to the collection team.
* Working collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals
* Adhering to company guidelines and industry regulations
* Reporting to the customer service manager on project progress
* Identifying potential issues and suggesting appropriate solutions
* Participating in training and development activities
* Maintaining accurate records of all claims
Profile
A successful Claims Project Member should have:
* A solid understanding of the insurance industry
* Exceptional customer service skills
* The ability to work well within a team
* Good problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication abilities
* A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Negotiation experience in financial sector also considered
* Excellent questioning and negotiating skills

* Excellent telephone manner & customer service skills
* Ability to positively resolve highly emotional situations
* Strong work ethic and initiative & ability to work towards target
Job Offer
* Basic salary of £24,000 to £26,000.
* 5% discretionary bonus.
* Monthly completion bonuses of £750.
* 25 days AL.
* Hybrid working after proabtions 3 days home, 2 days office.
