No weekends!. . -B2B telesales. -Outbound prospecting will be building a pipeline with stakeholders at all elvles. -Strong business acumen needed. -Will be understanding what is in place and qualifying clients . -Looking at cost saving options and sending leads to the BDM’s . -Strong progression pathways, promoted 2 people internally this year. -KPI driven but not like a call centre, more laid back approach and want people with inner drive as will not be micromanaged. . -Industries that work out utility based.. -Wants people who want to be the best, the best people are good at building relationships and work closely with the BDMs asking them questions around what they need and what works well which leads converted etc. -2-3 years minimum outbound telesales experience .
